Adapta Coaching is a 1:1 business coaching service run by Sid Kitisakkul. This page explains what personal information I collect, why, and what I do with it.
What I collect
- When you book a call or session: your name, email address, and anything you choose to share in the booking form.
- When you pay for a session: payment is handled by a third-party payment processor. I receive confirmation of payment, but I don't see or store your card details.
- When you email me: your email address and the contents of your message.
- During coaching: notes and, where agreed, session recordings, which are shared with you.
How I use it
Only to schedule and deliver coaching, send you session notes and recordings, respond to your messages, and keep basic business and tax records. I don't sell your information, and I don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Confidentiality
What we discuss in coaching stays between us. I won't share it with anyone unless you ask me to or the law requires it.
Services I use
This site is hosted by Vercel. Bookings are managed through Cal.com, email through Google Workspace, and payments through a payment processor such as Stripe or PayPal. Each of these handles data under its own privacy policy.
How long I keep it
I keep coaching notes and recordings only as long as they're useful to our work together, and delete them on request. Payment and business records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you at any time. Email sid@adaptacoaching.com.
